Ric Was Knowledgeable Of The Area And Very Responsive To Our Needs. His Ability To Help Us Understand Zoning Laws, CC&Rs And How To Engage The County For Our Next Efforts Was Especially Helpful.

Ric Was Amazing!!! My Family And I Were Looking To Buy A Vacation Lot On The Peninsula And When I Came Across This One It Was Listed As ?0? Birch Pl. I Could Not Find The Exact Location So I Contacted The Selling Agent...Twice...No Response. I Tried Another Agent That Had Great Reviews, Still...No Response. Then I Sent A Message To Ric (This Was Going To Be My Last Attempt At Finding This Property). He Responded Right Away And Had The Location Nailed Down For Me Within A Day. So That Weekend With My Parents In Tow We Drove Down To Look At It, And A Few Others. We Found The Birch Pl Property With No Problem, Thanks To Ric?S Directions. Ric Had Offered To Show It To Us But We Wanted To Do A Drive Buy First As We Had A Few Other Properties On Our Short List To Look At. And You Never Want A Pushy Real Estate Agent Around When You Are Trying To Make An Important Decision On A Home Or Property. That Afternoon Ric Checked In With A Phone Call To Me To See How We Were Doing And If He Could Offer Any Assistance. This Guy Was Great, Not Pushy At All, Just Laid Back, Friendly, Helpful, There To Work For Us, For What We Wanted To Do And Available For Us To Contact If We Had Any Questions. After Looking At The Property We Did Have Questions. I Called Him That Evening And He Was Able To Answer My Questions. I Told Him We Loved The Birch Pl Property And Wanted To Make An Offer, After A Little Discussion We Came Up With A Price (Ric Was Very Helpful During This Process Of Coming Up With An Offer That Was Strong, And...It Was Ultimately Accepted By The Seller With Only A Couple Minor Tweaks). He Had The Offer Papers Prepared And Ready For Us The Next Day. We Meet Him At His Office (Keep In Mind He Was Working With 4 Of Us Buying This Property, Lots Of Personalities To Deal With) He Was Great In Explaining The Whole Process To All Of Us, Getting All Of Our Contact Info, And Letting Us Now The Steps To Expect From There On Out. Then He Said He Would Submit Our Offer To The Sellers Agent That Day. After That We Left For Home, Anxious For A Call...But This Is Where The Real Work Began For Ric....To Make A Long Story Short The Sellers Agent Was LAZY! Ric Was Constantly Reaching Out To Him And His Agency. It Even Came Down To The Point Where The Seller Had To Contacted Ric Because His Agent Wouldn?T Respond To Him. I Was Ready To Give Up, Thinking This Thing Would Never Close. But Through The Whole Thing Ric Kept Us Assured And Up To Date With How It Was Progressing. Anytime I Contacted Him He Responded Right Away And Many Times He Was Contacting Me (And All Of Us Involved In The Purchase) First With Good And Bad Updates. He Got Us Any Info We Asked For, As Far As Utilities Went, Specifically About The Septic That Was Supposed To Already Be Installed...He Found The Information On That With The Plans...We Were Amazed As The County Had No Records On It. Well It Finally Closed And Only A Few Days Late, I Was Surprised Ric Even Got The Deal Done, He Really Worked His Butt Off, So A Few Extra Days Was No Big Deal At This Point. Not Only Was He Amazing In Helping With The Purchase Of The Property He Also Had Great Suggestions Of People We Could Contact To Work With In The Development Of It. I Would Definitely Recommend Ric And ?Lands Edge Reality ? If You Are Thinking Of Buying Or Selling In The Peninsula Area! I Only Wish He Worked In My Area To Help Me Find My Next House! Thanks Ric!!
